Streamlining Life Safety, MEP Strategy, and National Contracts at Dominium
I joined Dominium as Facility Systems Specialist managing MEP strategy, CAPEX projects, and compliance oversight across a large portfolio of affordable housing properties, I built strong relationships with vendors, property teams, and compliance officials.
I led was transitioning fire panels from outdated POTS lines to cellular, improving reliability and reducing monitoring costs. What started as a push for modernization quickly positioned me as a key player in the project team. I was part of the vetting process to consolidation multiple life safety vendors into a single national contractor, across 220 properties.
I managed the national elevator contract, assisted with NSPIRE pre-inspections and REAC compliance efforts, and developed training programs to equip property teams with the knowledge they needed. My approach was always proactive, solving problems before they became problems and doing my part to ensure teams had the right resources to succeed.

As Chief Engineer of the IDS Tower and the Marquette Hotel in Minneapolis, I oversaw the operation and maintenance of the building’s critical mechanical systems to ensure efficiency, safety, and reliability. The IDS Tower features a centralized HVAC system with district steam heating and a chilled water system, all managed by a Building Automation System (BAS) for optimized energy performance.
